Working with Taouk Architecture’s hard structure plans, we were asked to create the softscape elements of this garden in Eaglemont. We worked with the materiality of the updated home creating a lush green on green theme. We included a working kitchen garden to the front yard while layering foliage, form, tones and texture to create a modern twist on the woodland planting scheme. The plant set out was personally managed by Steve Taylor to maintain the flow and ideal arrangement of the plants. Carefully considered plantscapes were chosen for our Eaglemont project, this ensured the garden incorporated a modern edge while still paying homage to the era of the home, ensuring a seamless transition from the house to the landscape.
