This exciting Mornington Peninsula beach side project encapsulates the design brief from the clients of a fun, relaxed yet highly sophisticated outdoor space that complimented the interiors of the home while softening the large built form of the home. The clients didn’t want a large pool so we created this highly functional and visually appealing round plunge pool with separate round spa to add a playful element to the now well defined, intimate courtyard just off the alfresco entertaining zone. Carefully selected coastal and exotic architectural planting soften and frames the pool scape and front facades of the home. The pool and garden are user friendly with minimal maintenance required to suit the occasional weekend use of the holiday home.
